تعیین دقت اندازه‌گیری ضخامت فولاد بر‌اساس ضخامت‌سنجی با پدیده کامپتون

چکیده

وقتی تنها از یک طرف با سازه در ارتباط هستیم، یکی از روش­های ضخامت­سنجی سازه­های فولادی بکارگیری روش پراکنش کامپتون می باشد. در این مقاله به علت رفتار آماری شمارش پرتوهای پراکنده­شده به بحث و بررسی دقت اندازه­گیری ضخامت فولاد پرداخته شده است. با بکار­گیری روش آزمایشی و مقایسه آن با شبیه­سازی MCNP < strong> این دقت تا کمتر از 2/0 میلی­­متر بدست آمده است.

چکیده [English]

When there is limitation access to one side of the structure in industry, one of the best methods for thickness measurements is the Compton scattering. In this paper, due to the statistical behavior of dispersed beam counting, we discuss the accuracy of the measurement for steel thickness. Using the experimental method and comparing it with MCNP simulation code, the accuracy is obtained less than 0.2 mm.
