Abstract

Neutron spectrum and intensity that produced from H218O target bombardment were determined. SRIM and ALICE computer codes were applied to H218O target and its Titanium window for 17 MeV incident proton beam from cyclotron Cyclone30. Using calculated neutron intensity and spectrum as the source, equivalent dose rate at a certain distance from the target was calculated by the MCNP computer code and compared with the measured value.
