Due to gamma irradiation by radioisotopes use for therapy and diagnostics proposes such as 99mTc, workers of nuclear medicine centers receives dose. Value of the dose equivalent of workers is determined using personnel dosimeters. Preparation, administration and injection of radiopharmaceutical are perfumed by technician so, the hand of technician received dose. In this paper the value of dose equivalent of a technician working in nuclear medicine center was measured during preparation of radiopharmaceutical containing 99mTc using GR-200 dosimeters. The results show that maximum dose equivalent in fingers of a hand and eye is about 16 μSv and 3 μSv, respectively. Considering the annually time of work, dose equivalent of hand and eye is less than dose limit for these organs.
